Kenneth Hooper Flutes

Kenneth Hooper was a late bloomer to music. In 1994 at the age of 27, he picked up his first flute, a penny whistle. After years of introspection, prayer and several trips to the Amazon jungle, he attended a prayer meeting where he was gifted a Native American Flute. As Kenneth delved deeply into the flute, his studies in psychology and spirituality ultimately guided him in tapping into his creative process in a deeper way. In 2014, he joined the Sound, Voice and Music in the Healing Arts Program at CIIS. Kenneth plays a variety of flutes (Native American, Pueblo Style, Chinese Xiao), Udu and Rav drum. He currently lives with Kari in San Jose, California, and he holds sound healing events in the SF Bay Area.
